School Photography by Lifetouch
Our school photography vendor is Lifetouch and they will take cadet photos for our yearbook, as well as Company/Platoon photos, and athletic team photos. September 28th is the first date scheduled for cadet photos and athletic team photos. A make-up photography day will be scheduled sometime in January for those cadets who enroll late and for cadets needing to retake their photograph for some reason.
The yearbook is distributed at the end of the year in the Spring and is covered in the cost of FUMA tuition. Questions regarding the Academy yearbook (The Skirmisher) should be addressed to James Benson, FUMA's yearbook advisor, at bensonj@fuma.org or 434.842.4213.

Underclass Picture Packages (7-11)
Parents - the basic picture package for underclassmen is mailed to your home and is covered by tuition costs. Should you wish to purchase additional portraits, please fill out the enclosed form and return directly to Lifetouch along with your money. If you have any questions regarding your son's picture please contact the customer service number included in the previous mailing from Lifetouch this fall. Please do not return order forms or money to FUMA.

Seniors / Post Graduates
Parents - you will receive a proof package within 3-5 weeks of the picture day containing a proof set of your student's pictures as well as an order form, order stickers and a brochure listing the various packages that can be ordered. You will also find a card enclosed stating "View Your Images Online Now". This card will provide you with a website address where you can view your pictures online.
The website address is shop.prestigeportraits.com. You will need to create an account and enter the Session ID and Access Code that are provided, in your proof set, in order to be able to view your pictures as well as have your cadet choose the pose he would like in the yearbook. Please make a yearbook pose choice shortly after receiving your proof set by going online or by calling the 800 number. The deadline date will be printed on the order form. The 800 number is 800.736.4775. Lifetouch has representatives to serve you Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. -11:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Sports Team Photographs
Team photos are taken for each season's sports. Coaches of each sport pass out order forms to the cadets prior to the day photos are taken. Payment is due at the time of photography in order to have an individual portrait package printed for your cadet. If your cadet does not have payment the day of photography, they are unable to receive an individual picture but can order a team photograph at a later date.
